Account & Orders

When you place an order with LogoWalls.art, you upload your company logo and our studio composes an original branded virtual background using that logo. Each background is uniquely created for you as part of our process.

An approval step is built into every order. Before your background is finalized for download, you will have the opportunity to review it and either approve it or provide feedback for refinement. This step is an essential part of our process and ensures you are satisfied with your background before delivery.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and any other details required to complete your order. LogoWalls.art is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the logo and brand assets you upload. By submitting your logo and placing an order, you grant LogoWalls.art a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that logo, together with the resulting virtual background, for the following purposes:

• Composing your virtual background and fulfilling your order.
• Displaying the finished background as an example of our work on our website, including our gallery, product pages, and promotional pages.
• Using the images in marketing and advertising materials, including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Showcasing the images as examples of our studio’s work to prospective customers.

We will never sell your logo to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to LogoWalls.art. If you would like your brand assets excluded from our marketing or gallery, contact us at any time and we will remove them promptly.

The virtual background composed by our studio is licensed to you for use as a video-call background and for related business and personal purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the background file itself as a standalone product without our prior written consent.

All trademarks, logos, and brand assets associated with LogoWalls.art remain the exclusive property of LogoWalls.art.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices displayed on our website include all applicable fees. By completing a purchase, you authorise LogoWalls.art to charge the total amount shown at checkout to your selected payment method.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We do not store or have access to your full card details — payment information is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Order Process

Our process follows these steps:

• Upload: You submit your company logo and select your preferred office-wall scene.
• Creation: Our studio composes a virtual background based on your logo and chosen scene.
• Approval: You review the background and either approve it or provide feedback for adjustments.
• Delivery: Once approved, your HD virtual background is made available for instant download.

Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout and are subject to change. LogoWalls.art is not responsible for delays caused by our service providers.

User Content

By uploading a logo or brand assets to LogoWalls.art, you warrant and represent that:

• You own the logo or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it for this purpose.
• The logo does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, trademark rights, or any applicable laws.
• The content you upload is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• You are authorised to use the brand assets you submit on behalf of the business or organisation they represent.

LogoWalls.art reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LogoWalls.art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any products purchased through our platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or concern regarding an order, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve it promptly and fairly. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory, as required by law.
